What’s New at Ibiza Rocks Hotel in 2026? 24 November 2025

There are some exciting developments planned to transform our Venue into a fully fledged  Pool Club. We are keeping the details under wraps for now but trust us,  it’s something special. More news will drop soon.

One of the biggest arrivals for next season is our brand new hotel restaurant. Your go to spot for breakfast whether you want to dive into our famous buffet favourites or grab a quick iced coffee and pastry before heading out to the pool.

Choose between a cool, air conditioned dining space that is ideal for escaping the heat, or a table outside on the fully refreshed balcony with views over the Pool Club, perfect for catching up on the night before and planning your next moves.

While we’re on breakfast… Everyone always tells us it’s one of their favourite parts of staying at Ibiza Rocks Hotel. The feedback was clear though, you wanted it served for longer.

So for 2026, breakfast will be served into the afternoon in our new restaurant. Expect a bigger buffet with even more choice of breakfast and brunch favourites, perfect whether you are up bright and early or easing into the day slowly. You can add it to your stay in advance for the best rate or join us once you arrive. And yes, the famous mac n cheese balls are definitely staying…

The Guest Pass has always been your key to guest only hotel discounts including early pool club access and discounted drinks. Next year it is becoming much more powerful.

For 2026 we are taking it island wide. We are teaming up with venues across Ibiza, so you will be able to show your pass for money off food, drinks and even super club entry as an Ibiza Rocks Hotel guest.

We have strengthened the safety and respect guidelines we already have in place to make sure the hotel continues to be a fun, safe and welcoming space for everyone. Our amazing Customer Care Team will be on hand across the hotel throughout your stay to support you and keep the good vibes flowing.

Football fans we’ve got you. The Central Bar will become the hub for live sport through June and July with World Cup 2026 games shown throughout the tournament. With screens, drinks and snacks, it is the ideal place to catch a match before heading out for the night.
