Making a Hotel Booking

Can I stay in the Hotel if i’m under 18?

No sorry, Ibiza Rocks Hotel is strictly adults only so the minimum age requirement to stay in the Ibiza Rocks Hotel is 18 years old. You must be 18 years old at the time of check in.

All guests will be required to provide their passports on check-in and any guests found to be under the age of 18 (even if they turn 18 during their stay) will be asked to find alternative accommodation.

How to I book into the Hotel?

At IbizaRocks.com you’ll always find the best room prices for Summer 2023. All availability and prices for our Hotel Rooms can be viewed in the fastest way by clicking “BOOK NOW” in the top right corner of the site and following the steps in our booking form. There you can compare prices of our different room options (from our basic room to a room in the heart of the action) and add any extras (such as breakfast, Spa & Prosecco) to view a total price.

Do I need to pay in full today?

No if you need payment flexibility then choose our Rocks Deposit Plan where all we need is just a 20% deposit (of the total price) to confirm your Hotel booking. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full anytime up until 14 days before your check in date. Please note that if you are making a booking within 14 days before arrival, the full balance will need to be paid.

How do I pay off the rest of my booking?

Easy, you can either pay your remaining balance in full or in stages by speaking to our Hotel Sales Team. Catch them via Email on hotelsales@ibizarocks.com or call us on 0207 952 2919 to pay your remaining balance.
You’ll just need your booking confirmation number handy and let our team know how much you would like to pay off.

Can someone else in my group make a payment?

Yes they can. If you are looking to use a new credit/debit card to make the payment (not the same card you used to make the deposit), all you need to do is contact our Customer Support Team
We’ll need you to confirm the booking cofirmation number and the lead guest email address in order to make the payment, and add them as a customer onto the booking.

Can I pay hotel room in different currency?

Being based out in Ibiza we price all our hotel stays in Euros. The different currency amounts shown on our website booking form is an INDICATIVE figure based on an average exchange rate at the time of booking.

I’m having trouble making a booking

If you are having trouble making a payment for your reservation in any way then please speak to our Customer Support Team and they will be happy to help.

Can I book flights through you?

We do not offer flights but recommend that you use www.skyscanner.net We do, however, offer Return Airport transfers which can be booked here. We do, however offer Return Airport transfers which can be booked by contacting our team.

When does the ibiza season start 2023?

Ibiza 2023 is set to be our biggest and longest summer yet! We’re opening our doors on the 30th March, and our rooms are on sale now! Make sure to book direct through our website to get the best rates with access to all of our Ibiza 2023 events included!

Changing a Hotel Booking

How do I change my booking?

Any changes to a reservation must be made by the lead guest through our Customer Support Team via Email on hotelsales@ibizarocks.com.
Please note that if you’re wishing to add guests to your current room – we cannot exceed the stated room capacity, we will however offer advice on accommodating the additional guests. This may mean adding another room to your booking.

Do you charge for changes?

If you have booked the Full Prepayment Rate there is no amendment fee for any changes made to a reservation.

If you have booked the Rocks Deposit Plan you are entitled to one ‘free of amendment charge’ change your reservation 28 days before travelling. There is a €30 amendment charge for all other changes to your booking. This can be added to the balance owed.

Can I add extras after i’ve booked?

If you add any extras after your initial booking the cost will simply be added to your balance. If you have paid in full, or are travelling within 14 days you will just need to pay at the time of adding your extras. This can be done easily by contacting the Customer Support Team.

I’ve booked with someone else can I change my booking?

If you need to make a change to a booking not made on ibizarocks.com you should first speak directly with your booking agent for a quote as they hold your payment and details.

If the agent cannot assist you, or you are checking in within 48 hours please contact the hotel or email reservations@ibizarockshotel.com including your full name, booking reference and details of the change and the team will do their best to accommodate you if possible, you may be required to pay a supplement on check in.

Please note cancellations or removal of guests must be done through your agent.

How do I cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason then we do need you to put it in writing from the email address used at the time of booking and sent to hotelsales@ibizarocks.com. Any refunds on cancelled bookings will be subject to our cancellation policy listed in our Terms and Conditions.

If I cancel a booking do I get a refund?

If you really do need to cancel, then we strongly advise you keep a note of 14 days before your check in date in mind.

As per our Hotel terms and conditions If you need to cancel your booking and you are more than 14 days from your check in date, then you would just lose any deposit you have paid. If you cancel less than 14 days from your check in date then unfortunately you wouldn’t receive any refund.

What happens to my booking if I can’t travel due to COVID-19?

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to travel due to Covid, but the hotel is open and the event(s) are operating as planned, then our team will help you to move your booking to a future date in the same year.

If no other date works for you, then we would look to issue you with a flexible voucher equal to what you have paid for your trip so that you can join us the next summer.

Before You Arrive & Check In

Do I get entry to all the events if i’m a hotel guest?

Yes! General admission tickets to all the events happening in the Hotel during your stay are included in the price of your room.

What time is check in / out?

Our check in time is 4pm. Your room may be available to check in earlier but please ask at reception on arrival. You can always leave your bags in our luggage room and chill by the pool or at the Central Bar until your room is ready.
Check out time is 11am*. We do offer a late check out past 11am – subject to additional charge and availability – so ask at Reception.

What do I need at Check in?

Simple you’ll need just two things:
1. Show your booking confirmation
We’ll need to see if you’re fully paid in advance or have a balance to pay when you check in

2. Pay your eco tax
The Spanish government charges ALL guests who come to the island an eco-tax. In 2022 this is 2.20€ per person, per night.

What if I arrive in the middle of the night?

No problem, our Hotel Reception is open 24/7. However, remember if you arrive in the early hours please ensure you have booked from the previous day or you won’t be able to check into your room till 4pm.

Rooms

Do all rooms have air-conditoning?

Yes all rooms in Ibiza Rocks Hotel have air conditioning included.

Do all the rooms have safes?

Yes all of the rooms in the Ibiza Rocks Hotel have key in room safes. We recommend you use them to store any valuables you bring with you. Please speak with reception on arrival to collect your key.

Do you do all inclusive?

Unfortunately we do not offer all inclusive at Ibiza Rocks Hotel. However we do offer Bed & Breakfast.

Do you do bed and breakfast?

Yes and you can add breakfast when making your booking through our website or if you wish to add this to your booking after you have booked, you can still do so by contacting our Customer Support Team or by speaking to Reception when you check in.

Do any rooms have self catering facilities?

Only our Rocks Basic and 2 Bedroom Apartments come with a basic kitchenette. All hotel rooms come with a fridge for keeping drinks cold.

Can all my friends watch the event from my room balcony?

For security purposes during any event, a maximum of 6 hotel guests will be allowed on a balcony. Any additional guests on the balcony will be removed by security. Any friends who maybe staying at another property will not be allowed to hotel rooms.

Can I park at the Hotel?

There is not an on-site car park at Ibiza Rocks Hotel, however there are a number of free car parks surrounding the hotel within walking distance.

Hotel Safety & Security

Are non-hotel guests allowed in the hotel?

For safety and security reasons Ibiza Rocks Hotel is strictly guest-only. Non-guests are able to come to the daily events if they have a ticket for the event taking place that day, however they will not be allowed to access any of the hotel rooms.

What do I do if I have any problems?

If the unfortunate does happen and you have any problems whilst you are in the hotel or events then please report this as soon as possible to a member of the Reception Team.

I left something behind, do you have lost property?

We ask all guests to ensure they have taken all their personal belongings from the rooms before checking out.

The hotel will not accept responsibility for any items left behind and cannot accept responsibility for the safe return of the items. If you arrive home and notice you have forgotten something please contact the hotel.

Venue

Can I come to an event at Ibiza Rocks if i’m not staying in the Hotel?

Yes all our events are open to both Hotel and non-hotel guests. You’ll just need to purchase a General Admission Ticket or book a Daybed, Table or Sofa online through our site.

If you are staying in Ibiza Rocks Hotel you get entry to all the events included in your booking.

Can I come to an event if i’m under 18?

No sorry, all our events are strictly adults only so the minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

All guests will be required to provide identification on the door of the event and any guests found to be under the age of 18 will be denied entry with no refund.

What time do the events start and end?

Our events do have different start and finish times. Generally speaking though the doors open at 2pm and close at 9pm.

Do I need to be in before a certain time?

Last entry for our events is 5pm. If you have not arrived by this time then you will not be allowed entry and your Day Bed, Sofa or Table may be resold.

How do I know who is playing?

Do I need to print my confirmation or tickets?

You are not required to print off your booking confirmation, as long as you can present it on your phone or mobile device on arrival you will be able to enter the Venue.

Can I buy food inside the venue?

Yes we have a delicious venue menu available covering everything from premium bottles to pizzas for both general admission ticket holders as well as Bed, Table & Sofa bookings. We have options to cater for all dietary requirements whether vegetarian, vegan or gluten free.

Is there disabled access to the venue?

Yes we have stairlifts and elevators across the hotel and venue to enable easy access.

Are there lockers?

No, at this moment in time we do not have lockers within the venue. If you are attending an event we recommend you bringing only the essentials (that includes suncream!).

How do I get to Ibiza Rocks?

If you are staying in San Antonio then Ibiza Rocks is just a five minute walk from the West End and Sunset Strip. It won’t cost you any more than €10 if travelling by Taxi in San An.

For those not staying in San Antonio, you can get a bus from most resorts on the island to the San Antonio Bus Station which is then around 10 minutes walk to Ibiza Rocks. There is also a taxi rank just outside the hotel for when you are leaving.

Making an Event Booking

How do I book for an event?

All availability and prices for our event tickets and VIP options can be viewed in the fastest way by clicking “BOOK NOW” in the top right corner of the site and heading to our events calendar. There you can choose your events and entry options, including general admission, beds, tables and sofas.

How do I book VIP?

Prices for all our VIP space vary per event but each booking is always made up of two parts, a cover charge and a minimum spend.
The cover charge is the amount you pay to rent your bed for the day and the Minimum Spend is the minimum amount your group needs to spend on food or drink.

For example if a Poolside Day Bed has a €50 cover charge and €450 minimum spend, the total cost of the bed for up to 6 people is €500. You’d receive €450 of that back as credit to spend on food and drink of your choice on the day.

When you book you need to pay the cover charge + only 20% of the minimum spend up front as a deposit with the remainder of the min. spend balance due 2 weeks before the event.

Can I choose where exactly my VIP space will be?

All our spaces are allocated by our team based on the size of your group. Whether you’re dancing in the pool, on the iconic hot pink terrace or on the balcony above the action, you and your group are guaranteed a great view, great sounds and an event experience like no other.

Can I book a VIP space if I dont have the maximum number of people?

Yes. The total price will however not change depending on the number of people so we encourage you to speak to friends and family to join you on your booking.

Do I have to pay in full today?

On tickets or tables you pay everything on booking but our more expensive bed and sofa spaces are split into two payments. On booking you pay 20% of the minimum spend plus the cover charge as a deposit with the remainder of the balance due 2 weeks before the event. You will be sent a secure payment link to make the full balance payment online – if you have any issues please contact a member of our support team.

Can I upgrade to VIP as a hotel guest?

Yes! Upgrade to a VIP bed, sofa or table for any event during your stay and as a hotel guest you’ll receive some extra perks not available to anyone else Find Out More

Can I book VIP on the day?

Not necessarily, you can take the chance that event spaces will be available to book on the day from our venue team and we may have tickets available on the door. However, if you really want to be there we would strongly recommend booking in advance so you don’t miss out!

When can I book Ibiza events 2023?

Tickets for some of our 2023 Ibiza Rocks events are on sale now! We open for the 2023 Ibiza season in March, and we’ll be announcing loads more events soon, so keep your eyes peeled and get ready for the best and biggest Ibiza party yet!

Changing an Event Booking

If I cancel my event booking do I get a refund?

General Admission tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled or re-scheduled. Your bed/sofa/table deposit (and other fees paid at the time of booking) are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or re-scheduled. You can, however contact us up to 14 days before the event (and your balance payment being due) to discuss options to move your booking should you be unable to attend on that specific date.

If the event is cancelled do I get a refund?

In the unlikely situation that an event is cancelled and we are unable to accept your booking then our team will help to move you to a future date in the same year.
If no other date works for you, then we would process a full refund as per our terms and conditions.

What should I do if I can’t attend an event i’ve booked for?

All cancellations must be put in writing from the email address used at the time of booking and sent to events@ibizarocks.com
