Making a Booking

How do I book through Ibiza Rocks? guarantees the best room prices for Summer 2017.

All availability, prices and room options can be viewed in the fastest way by clicking “BOOK NOW” in the top right corner of the site and following the steps in our booking form. There you can compare prices and add extras to view a total price. Once you have completed a payment (deposit or full amount) an email will be sent to you to confirm your booking has been made.

How can I pay for my reservation?

You can pay for your reservation using a credit or debit card (please note; we do not accept Amex or American Express).

Are event tickets included?

If you are staying in the Ibiza Rocks Hotel / Budget Apartments over the date of any scheduled event, all tickets are included in the cost of your room if you book directly through us.

If you are staying in Sol House Ibiza over the date of any scheduled “Ibiza Rocks” live gig (Tuesdays) at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel tickets are included in the cost of your room if you book directly through us.

If you have booked with an alternative agent you will need to check with them whether your tickets are inclusive.

Can I pay a deposit?

A deposit of 25% (of the total price) is needed to secure your room.

The remaining balance will need to be paid in full 10 weeks before departure, payments will automatically be taken on this date from the original card method. You can make part payments of any amount by calling our Travel Team.

Please note that if you are making a booking within 10 weeks before departure, the full balance will need to be paid.

Can I pay in £ (sterling)?

We price all our holidays in Euros as we are a Spanish company. The GBP amount shown on our booking form is an estimate based on an average exchange rate.

To pay in GBP you will need to select this option on the final stage of the booking process or call the Travel Team. You will be advised of the exact exchange rate at this time.

I am having difficulty making a payment for my booking?

If you are having trouble making a payment for your reservation in any way please contact our Travel Team here.

Changing a Booking

How do I make a change to my booking?

Please contact our Travel Team to make any changes to your reservation. There may be an additional cost and a 30€ amendment fee to be charged.

Please note that we cannot add people past the stated room capacity, we will however offer advice on accommodating the additional guests.

How do I change the names on my booking?

Go to the ‘MANAGE MY BOOKING’. Enter your E-mail address and booking reference to log in. Edit your booking from here and press view documents to print new vouchers.  

Please note if you need to change the lead name on your booking you will need to contact our Travel Team.

Can I change my payment method before the balance is taken?

You will be sent an email reminding you that you have an outstanding balance to pay a few days before it is due. If your card has expired or you have a new payment method you wish to use you should call our Travel Team on +44 (0)207 952 2919.

If we are unable to take the payment from you 10 weeks before check in our Travel Team will get in touch using the information you provide us with to source a new method of payment.

How do I pay for any extras I add on?

If you add any transfers, VIP upgrades or boat party tickets after your initial booking the cost will be added to your balance. If you have paid in full, or are travelling within 10 weeks you will need to pay at the time of adding your extras, this can be done via by contacting the Travel Team.

How do I cancel my booking?

All cancellations must be put in writing using the email address used at the time of booking and sent to Any refunds on cancelled bookings will be subject to our cancellation policy listed in our Terms and Conditions

How do I change a booking made with a tour operator?

If you need to make a change to a booking not made on you should first speak directly with your booking agent for a quote as they hold your payment and details.

If the agent cannot assist you, or you are checking in within 48 hours please contact the hotel or email including your full name, booking reference and details of the change and the team will do their best to accommodate you if possible, you may be required to pay a supplement on check in.

Please note cancellations or removal of guests must be done through your agent.


How old do you have to be to stay in the hotel?

The minimum age requirement to stay in the Ibiza Rocks Hotel or Budget Apartments is 18 years old, you must be 18 years old at the time of check in.

What is on while i'm there?

The events line up across all our properties for 2017 will be released in the new year. Please keep checking the website events page, Facebook and Twitter pages for the official updates or sign up to our mailing list to get this information direct to your inbox.

What do I need to bring with me to check in?

After you have completed your booking and paid off your balance, you will receive a final booking confirmation. This will need to be provided at time of check-in.

In the Ibiza Rocks Hotel and Budget Apartments a breakage deposit of 60€ per room is payable upon check in (cash only.) This deposit is refundable on check out subject to no damage to your room or its contents.

I haven’t received my accommodation voucher?

If you haven’t received or have lost your final booking confirmation, ticket or transfer voucher call our sales team on +44 (0)207 9522919 to request a copy of your documentation or log in to ‘MANAGE MY BOOKING’.

How much are drinks in Ibiza Rocks Hotel?

Prices vary but from approximately 3-4€ for a beer and from 5€ for a mixer on non event days. Event days are subject to change.

There is a supermarket on site selling a variety of drinks, snacks and toiletries. Please note only drinks purchased at the hotel bars can be taken poolside or to events.

Can I book flights through you?

Unfortunately we are accommodation only but we recommend that you use flight comparison to find the best available deals. We can provide return airport transfers as an additional extra to your booking.

Can I book Bed and Breakfast?

Yes, breakfast is served in all of our properties and can be added on to any booking. At Sol House properties breakfast is included.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

In Sol House all rooms have air conditioning included. In Ibiza Rocks Hotel certain room types have air conditioning included (see more) and in the Budget Apartments air conditioning is not included.

Rooms that don’t have air conditioning included can be added as an extra during booking.


Do the rooms have safes?

In Sol House all rooms will have safety deposit boxes provided. In the Ibiza Rocks Hotel and Budget Apartments in room safes can be rented on check in, the charge is 3.50€ per night.

What should I do if I have any problems in resort?

If the unfortunate does happen and you have any problems or complaints whilst you are in resort then please report this to a member of the Ibiza Rocks Host Team.

The Host team can be found in the Ibiza Rocks Hotel reception daily they will assist you in answering your query and if necessary complete an online report form with you, if you do wish to make a complaint you must complete this form.

What if I leave something in the hotel?

We ask all guests to ensure they have taken all their personal belongings from the rooms before checking out.

The hotel will not accept responsibility for any items left behind and cannot accept responsibility for the safe return of the items. If you arrive home and notice you have forgotten something please contact the hotel on +34 971 347774.

Can all my friends watch the gig from my room balcony?

During the live events only the guests booked into the room will be allowed to watch the event from the balcony.

Any additional guests on the balcony will be removed by security

Airport Transfers

How do I add airport transfers to my booking?

Our airport transfers can be added to your booking up to 72 hours before you travel and are provided by an external transfer company Viajes Urbis.

These are return coach shuttle transfers or a private taxi/minibus may also be booked on request. These can be added during booking or after if you have booked through via our Travel Team.

What is the difference between a shuttle / private transfer?

Our shuttle service is a shared coach or minibus that will drop off at other hotels in the area, this may mean you have to wait for other passengers at the airport. Our private transfer may be a car or minibus exclusively used by guests on your booking. Upon arrival at the desk your driver will be waiting to bring you directly to the hotel.

How do I add my flight details to my booking?

In order to confirm your details with our supplier Viajes Urbis we need to know your arrival time (the time you land in Ibiza) departure time (the time you depart from Ibiza) and the flight numbers of both e.g. EZY2627. We will work out the correct pick up times for you based on this information.

If you have not included your flight details when making the booking for your airport transfers then you can add these via “manage my booking”  anytime up until 72 hours before you are due to arrive. You can also call our Travel Team on +44 (0)207 952 2919.  If we do not have your flight details within 72 hours of your check in then your transfers will be CANCELLED at full charge and the service will NOT be provided.

Does the airport transfer include a return journey?

Yes, the price for Airport transfers includes a return journey. Please provide your flight numbers, arrival and departure times when booking, alternatively you can email them to and we can add them to your booking for you.

When I arrive how do I find my airport transfer?

Please make sure that you have read through and printed your transfer vouchers before you go. All information on how to collect your airport transfers will be printed on your transfer voucher, which you will need to present to Viajes Urbis desk.

In Ibiza this can be found to the right out of the baggage reclaim hall in the arrivals terminal, look out for a green wall.

What time I will get picked up for my return transfer?

All information regarding your return transfers will also be on your transfer voucher. You will need to speak with the Host team in reception, visit the Viajes Urbis website or call on the number listed to confirm your return transfer and they will let you know your pick up time.

Please ensure you collect this information at least 24 hours ahead of your return flight in order to ensure details are correct.


How do I get tickets if I’m not staying at the Hotel?

You can buy tickets for our events in advance online from our website, from the box office outside the hotel or from any official ticket outlet.

I haven't been emailed my tickets?

If you have booked event tickets through our website and have not received them please get in contact with our Box Office Team directly at

The event online says ‘Contact Venue’ who should I contact?

If the online ticketing form says ‘Contact Venue’ it means that the online ticketing has closed. Tickets may still be available from any of our in resort Box Office or on the door at the actual event. It is advised you buy your tickets in advance to avoid any disappointment

I want to request VIP tickets is this possible?

Standing VIP tickets for all of our events can be purchased via the individual event pages of our website.  To book a VIP table or bed at one of our events please send a request to (subject to availability).
