TERMS & CONDITIONS On Stage Sofa Competition June 2023

  1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over to enter.
  2. The competition will open at 18:00 on Tuesday 20th June 2023 and close at 18:00 on 27th June 2023. Any entries after this time will not be valid.
  3. To validate entry in the prize draw, entrants must comment on the dates they are visiting Ibiza this summer (2023) and tag the friends they are taking with them on the competition posts on the official Ibiza Rocks Instagram and Facebook account @ibizarocks. Failure to complete both these steps or commenting on the incorrect post will invalidate entry.
  4. One winner will be chosen at random by the Ibiza Rocks team from across both the Ibiza Rocks Instagram and Ibiza Rocks Facebook posts.
  5. The Prize is an On Stage Sofa space at an Ibiza Rocks event during the dates provided in your competition entry. The date and event are subject to availability. Restrictions may apply.
  6. The prize includes an On Stage Sofa space for the winner and up to 5 other guests along with a complimentary drinks package. Any further food or drinks purchased by the winner or guests at the event will be on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. Any outstanding bill must be settled before leaving the event and venue.
  7. The chosen winner will be contacted via direct message by the Ibiza Rocks team to claim their prize. If we cannot get in touch with the winner using the details provided within 48 hours, or if the prize isn’t claimed by the winner or information not provided to administer the prize in a timely fashion, then a new winner may be chosen at random.
  8. The prize winner must provide Ibiza Rocks with the names of all guests prior to the event.
  9. Any portion of the Prize not used by the Prize Winner is forfeited, and no cash substitute will be offered or permitted. The Prize is non-transferable and must be used by the registered Prize winner.
  10. The Prize Winner and all guests must be aged 18 years or over.
  11. Winners and their guests must follow any reasonable instructions given by Ibiza Rocks, including those regarding the itinerary and matters of health and safety. Ibiza Rocks Hotel Promociones SL reserves the right to terminate the prize and/or the winner / guest’s involvement at any time for any reason.
  12. Winners must respect our entry and venue policies and  terms and conditions displayed on this website https://www.ibizarocks.com/hotel/venue/event-terms/ and adhere to them at all times. Failure to do so may result in the prize being terminated,
  13. Ibiza Rocks Hotel Promociones SL accepts no liability for use of the Prize or any loss or damage which may arise from the competition or use of the Prize.
  14. All Prize Winners and their companions  fully indemnify Ibiza Rocks Hotel Promociones SL and its associated companies for any and all losses, liability, action, claim, proceeding, judgment, penalty, fine, damages, fee, cost, charge, or expense (including, without limitation, legal fees and expenses) brought, claimed, or asserted against Ibiza Rocks Hotel Promociones SL for which Ibiza Rocks Hotel Promociones SL may be liable as a result of the competition/promotion or of taking or using the Prize.
  15. Ibiza Rocks Hotel Promociones SL reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
  16. Accommodation and flights are not included in the prize.
  17. Travel insurance is not offered as part of the Prize. The winners are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance, including injury, loss, and damage. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  18. By submitting your entry you agree to the competition terms and conditions and for Ibiza Rocks Hotel Promociones SL and it’s associated companies to contact you via the communication channels provided. You can change your choices or opt out of communications at any point by contacting us or clicking unsubscribe and managing your preferences in line with our Privacy Policy.
