The Ibiza 2027 DJ rumours already getting people talking
One of the best things about the end of an Ibiza season is the inevitable question: who’s going to be here next year?
Based on the latest chatter, there are a few names already generating plenty of speculation.
Hugel: moving away from late-night shows?
Hugel has had a big presence on the Ibiza scene this summer, including appearances at Ushuaïa as part of The Night League’s programming.
But could 2027 look a little different?
According to the current speculation, Hugel could be stepping away from late-night shows, leaving plenty of room for questions about where he might appear next.
Nothing has been confirmed for 2027, but after another strong Ibiza season, Hugel is definitely one to keep on the radar.
The Martinez Brothers: a Hï Ibiza comeback?
The Martinez Brothers’ absence from Hï Ibiza was one of the more noticeable changes this season.
Their return for the club’s Closing Party, however, has got people talking about whether this could be the beginning of a bigger comeback in 2027.
The duo have long been a major part of Ibiza’s house and techno landscape, so another season at Hï Ibiza wouldn’t exactly come as a surprise.
For now, though, it’s firmly in the watch this space category.
Black Coffee: a bigger role at UNVRS?
Black Coffee is another artist who could have an even bigger Ibiza presence in 2027.
Following his UNVRS Closing appearance last year, he returned to the club this season with three standalone shows alongside his Hï Ibiza residency.
Could that be a sign of something bigger to come?
It’s too early to say, but with Black Coffee already firmly established as one of the biggest names in electronic music, another major Ibiza chapter wouldn’t be a huge surprise.
Franky Rizardo: A full residency?
Franky Rizardo has already made his mark at Pacha this season, with a six-show residency at the club.
After a successful run, the obvious question is whether those dates could turn into something bigger next summer.
A full weekly residency at Pacha would be a significant step up and could make Rizardo one of the regular names on the Ibiza 2027 calendar.
Again, nothing is confirmed just yet — but it’s one of the more interesting possibilities to watch as next year’s announcements begin.
Marlon Hoffstadt: one to watch at Amnesia
Marlon Hoffstadt has had a seriously fast rise over the past few years, and his Ibiza presence is growing with it.
This season saw him bring his own Free Rave concept to Amnesia, adding another major Ibiza venue to an already impressive international run.
Could a bigger role at Amnesia be next?
It’s currently speculation, but Hoffstadt is exactly the kind of rising name worth watching as Ibiza’s clubs continue to look towards the next generation of DJs.
So, what could Ibiza 2027 look like?
The short answer? We don’t know yet – and that’s what makes it interesting.
Ibiza’s club scene changes every summer. Residents move between venues, new concepts appear and DJs who were playing one or two dates can suddenly find themselves with an entire season of their own.
For now, Hugel, The Martinez Brothers, Franky Rizardo, Black Coffee and Marlon Hoffstadt are five names generating conversation around what could be coming next.
But until the clubs start making their official announcements, it’s all part of the speculation.
And if previous Ibiza seasons are anything to go by, there’ll be plenty more surprises between now and summer 2027.
What does this mean if you’re planning Ibiza 2027?
If you’re already thinking about an Ibiza trip next summer, there’s no need to wait until every line-up is announced before you start planning.
Where you stay can make a big difference to your trip, particularly if you’re coming for the music. Staying in San Antonio puts you close to the West End, Sunset Strip and Ibiza Rocks’ own events, while also making it easy to get around the rest of the island.
And, of course, once the 2027 event calendars start dropping, you’ll want to keep an eye on the individual club announcements before booking your nights.
