COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS: CHRISTMAS COMPETITION 2025

The “Ibiza Rocks Christmas Competition 2025” is open to individuals aged 18 years and older at the time of entry. Ibiza Rocks Hotel is an adults-only hotel. The winner of the Prize must meet the age requirement.

The Competition will open at 18:00 on 12 December 2025 and close at 18:00 on 23 December 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

To enter the Competition, participants must submit their email address via the official entry form provided.
Only one entry per person is allowed.

One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on 23 December 2025. The winner will be notified using the email address provided at entry and contacted by Ibiza Rocks. The winner will also be announced on Ibiza Rocks’ social channels (@ibizarocks). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 05 January 2025, a new winner may be selected at random.

The winner will receive:
- A hotel stay at Ibiza Rocks for 4-nights during Summer 2026, to be used in one booking (dates subject to hotel availability).
- Unlimited breakfast included.
- Guestlist to 528 Ibiza for an event during your stay
- Guestlist to Amnesia Ibiza for an event during your stay. Excludes the Amnesia Opening & Closing parties.
The Prize is non-transferable and must be used by the registered winner. No cash substitute will be offered or permitted.
Flights are not included as part of the Prize. The winner is responsible for arranging their own travel.
Travel insurance is not provided as part of the Prize. The winner must arrange adequate travel insurance, including coverage for injury, loss, and damage.
The prize winner and accompanying travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any required documents (e.g., visas). No alternative prize will be offered if they cannot travel.

The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age and residence to claim the Prize.

By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes by Ibiza Rocks related to the Competition.

Any portion of the Prize not used by the winner is forfeited.
Winners and their guests must follow all reasonable instructions from Ibiza Rocks, including health and safety requirements. Pikes reserves the right to terminate participation for failure to comply.
Winners must respect Pikes Ibiza’s entry policies and terms.

Ibiza Rocks accepts no liability for the use of the Prize or any loss or damage arising from the Competition.
Winners and their guests fully indemnify Ibiza Rocks against any claims or liabilities resulting from participation in the Competition or use of the Prize.
Ibiza Rocks reserves the right to substitute the Prize at its absolute discretion.

These terms are subject to Spanish law. By entering, participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

Ibiza Rocks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time and for any reason. Any changes or cancellations will be communicated to participants or winners through email and/or on Ibiza Rocks’ official website or social channels.

Participants are advised to be vigilant of potential scammers who may attempt to contact entrants falsely claiming to represent the Competition. Official communication will only be conducted through channels recognised and endorsed by Ibiza Rocks.
Ibiza Rocks will not be held liable for any consequences arising from unofficial communication, fraudulent attempts, or scams by third parties related to the Competition.
Participants are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any communication and are encouraged to contact Ibiza Rocks directly through the official channels listed on our website if they encounter any suspicious behaviour.

By submitting an entry, participants agree to the Competition Terms & Conditions and consent to being contacted by Ibiza Rocks via the provided communication channels. Participants can opt-out of communications at any time by contacting Ibiza Rocks or managing their preferences.
