1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over to enter.
2. The competition will open at 17:00 on April 23rd 2025 and close at 12:00 on 1st May 2025.
3. One winner will be chosen at random and contacted using the details provide at pointof entry and contacted by LoveJuice Ibiza
4. The winners and guests must be UK residents and have a valid UK passport.
5. Multiple entries are permitted.
6. The Prize is valid for any dates of your choice. Your stay must be during Summer 2025 and the 3 nights are to be used in one booking (they cannot be split across multiple trips).
7. The prize must be claimed by each individual winner by the date set out in the winner’s confirmation email. If we cannot get in touch with the winner using the details provided, or if the prize isn’t claimed by the winner, then a new winner may be chosen at random.
8. Any portion of the Prize not used by the Prize Winner is forfeited and no cash The prize winner and their accompanying travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any other necessary document (e.g. visas) organized in time for the trip – no alternative prize will be offered if they cannot travel.
9. Winners and their guests must follow any reasonable instructions given by Ibiza Rocks including those regarding the itinerary and matters of health and safety. We reserve the right to terminate the winner and/or guest’s involvement at any time if substitute will be offered or permitted.
10. The Prize is non-transferable and must be used by the registered Prize winner
11. The Prize Winner and guest must be aged 18 years or over.
12. Travel insurance is not offered as part of the Prize. The winners are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance including injury, loss and damage. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
13. Such instructions are not followed.
14. Winners must comply with all lawful instructions and terms and conditions, including health and safety requirements and instructions, of the Promoter, prize provider, the airline and other carriers, organizers, venues, partners and providers involved in the Promotion and/ or the prize.
15. Winners must respect our entry policy.
16. Ibiza Rocks Group, Lab54 and LoveJuice Ibiza accepts no liability for use of the Prize or any loss or damage which may arise from the competition or use of the Prize. All Prize Winners and their companions fully indemnify Ibiza Rocks, Lab54 and LoveJuice for any and all losses, liability, action, claim, proceeding, judgment, penalty, fine, damages, fee, cost, charge or expense (including, without limitation, legal fees and expenses) brought, claimed or asserted against Ibiza Rocks, Lab 54 and LoveJuice for which  may be liable as a result of the competition/promotion or of taking or using the Prize
17. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
18. Each winner will also receive a complimentary day bed at an event of their choice during their stay, along with a complimentary bottle of Ciroc and mixers.
19. These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
