making their ibiza bow in 2024

Since we first touched down here in 2005, Ibiza Rocks has consistently brought future household names, Ibiza headliners, and main stage acts to the magical White Isle for the first time. From Arctic Monkeys to Disclosure, Stormzy to Example – all of whom made their island debuts here. For 2024, we’ll be introducing you to three new faces looking to make their mark on the dance music scene.

Our first Next Gen artist is the rising singer-songwriter, Venbee. You’ll recognize her as the voice behind ‘Low Down’ and the platinum-certified, Brit-nominated single ‘Messy in Heaven’. A Chatham girl through and through, Venbee is unapologetically herself – we’re talking bucket hats, oversized tracksuits, and toilet selfies – a breath of fresh air in the current social world we live in. Concluding a hugely successful breakout year with a UK Tour, we can’t wait to welcome Venbee to Ibiza Rocks on Wednesday, May 8th and 15th.

Next up is the man of the moment, Badger. The producer, multi-instrumentalist, and DJ is absolutely flying at the moment with outrageously catchy edits of Kate Nash, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Vengaboys, J Hus, Natasha Bedingfield, Blur – the list goes on! Pushing the boundaries of UK Garage, Bass House, and Jungle in his sets, you can expect the unexpected when he’s behind the decks. 2023 took Badger to El Dorado, Nass, Secret Garden Party, and Boomtoom, and he’ll be keeping the momentum going here on Wednesday, May 29th and June 26th at the Home of the Pool Party.

Completing our Next Gen roster for the upcoming summer are the dance-pop duo Piri & Tommy. Once described by NME as a ‘colourful brand of drum ‘n’ bass with a Gen Z touch’. We couldn’t put it any better ourselves, and it’s no surprise that their biggest tracks ‘Soft Spot’ and ‘On & On’ have been used over 100,000 times on TikTok. We actually tipped the pair to be artists to look out for in Ibiza 2023, so although we may be a year late, it’s better late than never as they join us on Wednesday, June 5th & 12th.
