25th May 2023

The host with the most. It simply wouldn’t be right to have ‘Fire in the Pool’ here at Ibiza Rocks without the main man behind it all, Charlie Sloth. Presenter of the ‘Fire in the Booth’ radio show for 10+ years, initially on BBC Radio 1 before moving to Apple Music in 2018.

The show has seen the biggest and best names from not only the UK but from all over the world and recorded some of the most iconic freestyles amassing almost 500 million views on YouTube.

Sloth will be joining us every Thursday this Summer dropping UK Rap riddims whilst you sip on poolside cocktails.

Brighton’s finest. ArrDee has been making SERIOUS waves in the UK Rap game since he burst onto the scene back in 2021 with his iconic feature on ‘Body’.  His first ever live performance came a few months later here at Ibiza Rocks.

Fast forward two years and he’s had 7 Top 20 singles, a debut EP ‘Pier Pressure’ peaking at No. 2 in the charts, collabed with Aitch, Cat Burns, Digga D, goddard., Kyla & Tion Wayne PLUS he was the afternoon headliner at Aitch2-0 in 2022.

This summer he joins us for a 5 week residency every Thursday in June.

headie one

thursday 20th july

Described by Drake as ‘one of the best drill artists in the world’. Headie One is the poster boy when it comes to Rap and Drill, after making history by becoming the first ever song from it’s genre to break into the UK Top 10 with ’18 Hunna’ featuring Dave in 2019.

Headie’s breakthrough did not come through luck though, having released 6 solo mixtapes dating back to 2014, 4 collaboration mixtapes including one with man-of-the-moment Fred Again… before his debut studio album ‘Edna’, named after his late mother, which topped the UK album charts.

You can watch his appearance on Fire in the Booth here.

This will be Headie’s first Ibiza show since the 2019 edition of #Merky Festival, joining us on Thursday 20th July.

A late addition to the Fire in the Pool line-up but that certainly one of the most exciting names on the bill this summer.

Born and raised in LDN, Digga D is fresh off the back of a sold out UK tour at the end of last year and as of right now, he’s only doing 4 shows in 2023…

So if you’re a fan of ‘Woi’, ‘Next Up’, ‘No Diet’ or any other of Digga’s huge drill tracks, Ibiza Rocks on Thursday 3rd August is the place to be.

Bugzy Malone

Thursday 10th August

Representing 0161. Before the likes of Aitch, Geko & Meekz; Bugzy Malone was one of the first acts to break out of Manchester and is praised for being one of the key artists in the revival of Grime.

Name an artist in the UK Rap Scene, chances are Bugzy has worked with them. His latest track ‘Outta Nowhere’ alongside TeeDee peaked at 9 in the charts we can’t forget he featured on Russ Million’s no.1 single ‘Body’ in 2021.

A somewhat regular on Fire in the Booth with 3 appearances, you can watch his most recent freestyle here.

From supporting Sigma here in 2016 to headlining Radio 1Xtra in 2018, Bugzy makes his return to Ibiza on Thursday 10th August.

Krept & Konan

Every Thursday in September

Rap & Grime royalty right here. South London’s Krept & Konan have been a duo since 2009 and are by far the UK’s most successful rap group.

Amassing millions of views on YouTube covering Kanye West & Drake, Krept & Konan gained attention from across the pond and have seen features from numerous high-profile musicians, including Wiz Khalifa, Rick Ross, Jhene Aiko, Tory Lanez, French Montana and Wizkid.

One of the very first acts to jump in the booth, you can watch their FITB from 12 (TWELVE!) years ago here.

No strangers to the Ibiza Rocks stage, Krept & Konan make their eagerly anticapted return to headline 4 Thursdays in September.
