Masks to no longer be compulsory outside

Further good news from the island as Spain’s Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, has announced that face masks will no longer be compulsory outdoors from Saturday 26th June.

This follows the progression of the vaccinnation programme in Spain with 46.5% of the population receiving at least their first dose.

It has been obligatory to wear a face mask in Spain since June last year so this is a really positive step in lifting restrictions and returning to normality!
