Hotel Booking FAQs

Do I have to pay in full today? caret-down

No all we need from you today is a 20% deposit (of the total price) to confirm your Hotel booking. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full anytime up until 72 hours before your check in date.

Please note that if you are making a booking within 3 days before arrival, the full balance will need to be paid.

How do I pay off the rest of my booking? caret-down

Easy, you can either pay your remaining balance in full or in stages by speaking to our Hotel Sales Team. Catch them via Email on hotelsales@ibizarocks.com or call us on 0207 952 2919 to pay your remaining balance. You’ll just need your booking confirmation number handy.

What happens to my booking if I can’t travel due to COVID? caret-down

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to travel due to Covid, but the hotel is open and operating as planned, then our team will help you to move your booking to a future date in the same year.

If no other date works for you, then we would look to issue you with a flexible voucher equal to what you have paid for your trip so that you can join us the next summer.

What happens if you have to cancel my booking due to COVID? caret-down

In the unlikely event that the Spanish Government impose restrictions that mean we are unable to accept your booking then our team will help to move you to a future date in the same year.

If no other date works for you, then we would process a full refund as per our terms and conditions.

Event Booking FAQs

How much does it cost to book? caret-down

All of our hotel poolside spaces are reserved by purchasing a day pass. This is paid online in advance and locks in your entry and your bed, sofa or table for the day. Standard passes start at €30 a person and Premium at €50.

If you are not staying in the Ibiza Rocks Hotel in addition to the day pass your group needs to spend a minimum of €30 per person (€50 for premium spaces) on food and drinks at the event.

Can I come to an event if i'm not staying in Ibiza Rocks Hotel? caret-down

Yes all our events are open to both Hotel and non-hotel guests. You’ll just need reserve a Daybed, Table or Sofa online through our site and meet the Minimum Spend per person on the day.

If I'm staying at Ibiza Rocks Hotel do I still need to book for an event? caret-down

As a Hotel guest we strongly advise you purchase a day pass online before you arrive.

There is no minimum spend expectation for hotel guests and you will receive the full price of your Day Pass back as credit to spend on food and drinks on the day (this will be on a voucher card given to you at the welcome desk).

On some ‘Sold Out’ events there could be some final spaces held back for Hotel customers on a first come first served basis. Speak to our team in the Hotel to find out more.

 

Do I have to pay in full today? caret-down

No when you reserve your Daybed, Table and/Sofa you have the choice to pay in full or with just a 20% deposit. The deposit option is only available if you are booking more than 1 week before the event.

How do I pay off the rest of my booking? caret-down

If you have paid a deposit, then the remaining balance for your booking must be paid 14 days (2 weeks) before the event. You can do this online by visiting www.myeasol.com and logging in with your account details. Failure to do so may result in your event space being resold.

What happens to my event booking if I can’t travel due to covid? caret-down

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to travel due to Covid less than 72 hours before an event, then our team will help you to move your booking to a future date in the same year.

Can I get a refund if an event is cancelled? caret-down

In the unlikely situation that an event is cancelled and we are unable to accept your booking then our team will help to move you to a future date in the same year.

If no other date works for you, then we would process a full refund as per our terms and conditions
