How do I book for an event? caret-down

At IbizaRocks.com you’ll be able to book in for all our Summer 2021 events.

All availability and prices can be viewed in the fastest way by clicking “BOOK NOW” in the top right corner of the site and heading to our events calendar. There you can choose your events and the perfect day bed, sofa or table space for your group from our event options.

How much do the day beds, sofas and tables cost? caret-down

Each event space booking whether a day bed, sofa or table is made up of a Reservation Fee and a Minimum Spend.

The Reservation Fee includes your entry to the venue plus the cost to hire the day bed, sofa or table for the day. The Minimum Spend is the minimum amount you need to spend on food and drinks during the event.

On all our event pages you’ll see both the Reservation Fee price per person (paid online before you arrive) and the Minimum Spend amount per person (paid on the day). These amounts may be different per event so please check before booking.

Can I book entry without a day bed, sofa or table? caret-down

At the moment a day bed, sofa and table reservation is required to attend an event but we’re hoping to be able to bring our famous dancefloor and standing tickets back soon when Government regulations allow.

Can I come to an event if i'm not staying in Ibiza Rocks Hotel? caret-down

Yes all our events are open to both Hotel and non-hotel guests. You’ll just need reserve a Daybed, Table or Sofa online through our site and meet the Minimum Spend per person on the day.

If I'm staying at Ibiza Rocks Hotel do I still need to book for an event? caret-down

Yes as an Ibiza Rocks Hotel guest you’ll need to reserve your event space online before you arrive however, you have some extra perks on your booking not available to anyone else.

You’ll have priority to book your spaces before anyone else plus we’ll give you your full day bed, table or sofa Reservation Fee back as credit to put towards your minimum food and drinks spend on the day. Find Out More

What's the difference between the standard and premium day beds? caret-down

With our premium options not only do you get all the benefits of our standard options but it also includes a space in a premium location, fast track entry, free prosecco on arrival and your own locker space and towel hire.

Can I choose where my space will be? caret-down

All our spaces are allocated by our team based on the size of your group. Surrounding our 360° stage on all sides, whether you’re dancing in the pool, on the iconic hot pink terrace or on the balcony above the action, you and your group are guaranteed a great view, great sounds and an event experience like no other.

Can I book a bed (or Table/Sofa) if we don’t have the maximum number of people? caret-down

Yes. There will however be a supplement applied to bookings that do not meet the maximum number of people per Daybed, Table or Sofa so we encourage you to speak to friends and family to join you on your booking. Please note that if you are staying in Ibiza Rocks Hotel, any supplements paid will be added to your cash back credit to use on the day!

Do I have to pay in full today? caret-down

No when you reserve your Daybed, Table and/Sofa you have the choice to pay in full or with just a 20% deposit.

How do I pay off the rest of my booking? caret-down

If you have paid a deposit when booking, then the remaining balance for your booking must be paid 14 days (2 weeks) before the event. You can do this online by clicking on the link in your confirmation email. Failure to do so may result in your event space being resold.

Can someone else in my group make a payment? caret-down

Yes, once you have made the booking and paid the deposit you will be able to access an online portal where anyone can log in and pay off any amount with their own credit/debit card.

I am having difficulty making a payment for my booking caret-down

If you are having trouble making a payment for your reservation in any way then please speak to our Sales team and they will be happy to help. Email on events@ibizarocks.com, via Facebook or call us on 0207 952 2919.

I haven’t received a booking confirmation, what should I do? caret-down

If you have not received your booking confirmation please check your spam or junk email. In the case that you have not received confirmation at all please contact our Sales Team via Email on events@ibizarocks.com, via Facebook or call us on 0207 952 2919.

Minimum Spends / Changing a Booking

What is a minimum spend? caret-down

Each of our Daybed, Sofa and Table spaces has a Minimum Spend per person in addition to the Reservation Fee. This means that by booking you commit to spending at least a certain amount of money (euros) during the day on food & drinks.

On all our event pages you’ll see both the reservation fee price per person (paid online before you arrive) and the minimum spend amount per person (to be paid on the day). These amounts may be different per event so please check before booking..

When you arrive at the venue and are seated your server will take your minimum spend amount (cash or card) for your group and convert it into credit for you to start spending on food and drink during the event.

Can I spend my minimum spend credit on anything on the menu? caret-down

Yes! There are no restrictions on what you can spend your credit on at the event whether food or drink but it can only be used in the venue at the event you have selected.

What happens if I don’t spend all of my minimum spend credit? - Can I get it back? caret-down

The credit is linked to that particular event so if you do not use the full amount, it cannot be refunded or transferred. Check in with a server on the day to see how much you have left to make sure you spend it all!

What happens if I go over the minimum spend? caret-down

If your bill at the end of the event exceeds your credit amount, the difference must be paid before leaving the venue.

How does the Hotel guest credit work? caret-down

As a guest of the Ibiza Rocks Hotel when you book an event space we’ll give you your full day bed, table or sofa Reservation Fee back as credit to put towards your minimum food and drinks spend on the day.

For example: say you’re looking to reserve a day bed for 4 people at a Poolside Session. The reservation fee is €30 per person which gives you your entry and bed for the day and there is a minimum spend of €30 per person on food and drink when you’re there.

When you book and pay for this day bed as a Hotel guest you’ll get your full Reservation Fee back as food and drink credit (€30) which in this example fully covers your minimum spend on the day.

How do I get my credit as a Hotel guest? caret-down

Just make a day bed, sofa or table reservation through our website and on the check out page tick the box to declare you are a guest of the Ibiza Rocks Hotel. If you forgot to check the box don’t worry we can add this on after if required.

I booked into the Hotel through another website (Jet2, On The Beach, Booking.com etc.) do I still get Hotel guest credit for the events? caret-down

Yes the credit will be given to ALL guests of the Ibiza Rocks Hotel who book an event space

How do I make a change to my booking? caret-down

When you have made a booking you will be able to make changes to it by logging in at http://www.myeasol.com.

Is there a charge for making a change to my booking? caret-down

No there are no additional charges to making a change to your event booking online through our portal.

If I cancel my event booking do I get a refund? caret-down

If you really do need to cancel, then first our team will help you to move your booking to a future date in the same year.

If no other date works for you and you still wish to cancel then unfortunately as per our terms and conditions you would just lose any balance or deposit you have paid.

Will I get a refund if an event is cancelled? caret-down

In the unlikely situation that an event is cancelled and we are unable to accept your booking then our team will help to move you to a future date in the same year.

If no other date works for you, then we would process a full refund as per our terms and conditions

What happens to my booking if I can’t travel due to covid? caret-down

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to travel due to Covid, but the event(s) are operating as planned, then our team will help you to move your booking to a future date in the same year.

If no other date works for you, then we would look to issue you with a flexible voucher equal to what you have paid for your reservation so that you can join us the next summer.

What happens if someone from the line-up cancels? caret-down

If the headline artist(s) that are due to perform does not perform or is replaced you will have the option to not attend the event and receive a refund of the appropriate ‘in resort credit’. Please note that this applies only if the artist had been announced at the time you made your booking with us.

What should I do if I can no longer attend the event I have booked? caret-down

All cancellations must be put in writing from the email address used at the time of booking and sent to events@ibizarocks.com. Any refunds on cancelled bookings will be subject to our cancellation policy listed in our Terms and Conditions.
