Makino lands in Ibiza with a brand-new monthly Drum & Bass residency at Sigma.
The series kicks off this Friday (17th April) with an opening party featuring Mark System, Zar and Luna. The event brings a dedicated space for UK-rooted DnB music to the island – something that’s long been missing from Ibiza’s club calendar.
While Ibiza has always been shaped by house and techno, this residency shifts the focus, bringing the raw energy and underground edge of Drum & Bass into the mix. It’s a move that reflects the genre’s global rise, while giving it a new home on the island.
Set inside Sigma’s intimate 110-capacity space, the residency is all about closeness – no big room distractions, just sound, system and crowd locked in together.
Each month, Makino curates a lineup of artists from across the scene, blending established names like Monrroe & Duskee, GLXY, Kyrist and Sustance & SABRINA with emerging talent from the UK and beyond.
