Event Ticket Flexible Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Vouchers are valid to be redeemed up to and including 30th September 2021
2. Vouchers can be redeemed for events in 2020 or 2021. Please contact us at least Two weeks prior to the event you wish to attend to confirm your attendance at events@ibizarocks.com
3. Vouchers are fully transferable, so can be passed onto a friend/family member to use
4. On arrival at the Box Office the bearer will also receive a Free Drink Ticket to be used at the General Admission Bar.  This is to be exchanged for 1 x Beer / 1 x Wine / 1 x House Spirit and Mixer. Drinks Tickets and are non transferable and only to be used in the GA bar for the items stated
5. Ticket Type remains the same as purchased even though it can be used at any event. e.g. Hypothetically an ‘Early Entry’ before 4pm entry ticket for Lovely Laura & Ben Santiago can be used as an ‘Early Entry’ before 4pm entry ticket for Craig David TS5.
6. Pool Party Ticket exchanges are valid for Ibiza Rocks pool parties only not for ‘festival’ shows or special one-off events. ‘Festival Tickets’ can be used for entry to the same festival only.
