Event Bed and Table Flexible Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Vouchers must be used by 31st October 2021
2. Vouchers can be redeemed against an Event Table or Bed booking for 2020, 2021 or 2022 or a Hotel Room
3. Vouchers can be redeemed against more than 1 booking
4. Vouchers are fully transferable, so can be passed onto a friend/family member to use
5. At the point of being redeemed, the voucher also gives an additional: +20% added to the F&B credit on an Event Table & Bed (Elevated) booking
6. Where the value of the booking is greater than the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid in line with normal booking terms & conditions
7. Once the voucher option is confirmed with us by email then our usual Booking T&C’s apply. Vouchers are for non-refundable deposits. If you have paid more than just the deposit on your booking, your balance payment made is refundable in line with our refund policy which is 60 days from the date in which the refund is agreed. Alternatively you can, if you wish have a flexible voucher for the full amount paid.
8. Please contact us at least two weeks prior to the event you wish to attend to confirm your attendance.
