INTRODUCING OUR BRAND NEW BOOKING SYSTEM
Here at Ibiza Rocks Hotel we want you to have the best possible experience when you’re staying with us. So every year we take the feedback of our guests and make changes to improve things in as many ways as we can.
Following last years huge room refurbishment this summer we have upgraded our reservation system to improve your check in experience when you arrive. Filling out a profile on MEWS is a new thing this summer and it’s super important.
We’ve put together some FAQs of things you may still need some answers to!
Yes! It’s really us. We’ve switched to MEWS Systems this summer which will improve the way we do things right from the start. It means a new booking system, check-in process and much more!
The profile simply asks for information that our team would have previously asked for when you arrive at the hotel. By providing this in advance, we can get you checked into the hotel before your arrival meaning once you arrive, there will be much less to do and more time to enjoy Ibiza!
All details need to be filled out before your arrival to our properties. If you don’t do this now whilst it’s fresh, you may forget! We’d strongly recommend to fill out all the details now whilst you’ve got a chance.
Of course! You can simply follow the link profile again and edit them yourself or you can contact our Travel Team who can make the amends for you.
We need information from all guests checking into the hotel so your friends are required to fill out a profile also. It is essential that we have valid passport details from all guests staying with us! These will then need to be scanned at the hotel so make sure you fill it out correctly!
All guests checking into Ibiza Rocks Hotel MUST be aged 18+ at the time of arrival. By entering your details, it allows us to verify your booking ahead of your stay. Anyone checking into the hotel, who has not had their booking verified and cannot provide proof of age will be turned away from the hotel.
It’s a legal requirement for us to collect passport details for all guests checking in. Once you arrive to resort, we will also need to scan your passport.
If you are yet to pay off the remaining balance on your booking then we require you to enter in your credit/debit card as this will be charged the remaining balance to pay exactly 10 weeks before your arrival date. The details you enter can also be used when making any amendments or upgrades to your booking and other in-hotel services either before your check-in or on arrival as well as when a refund is applicable.
If you have already paid off the full balance on your booking then you are not required to provide your credit/debit card details. You can simply click ‘Go Back’ and your profile is still complete.
We only take money from the card 10 weeks prior to your check-in as per our booking conditions. If you wish to change the card used against the booking you can do so by changing your profile details. If you wish to speak with our team regarding payments then you can do so via Contact Us.
Your data is stored securely inside the MEWS System. The contact details you provide can only be accessed by yourselves and our Travel Team. Any card details stored within the system are encrypted and cannot be viewed by any persons.
