Your safety is always our top priority so we put a wide range of extra measures in place in our hotel to keep you and all of the Ibiza Rocks Team as comfortable and safe as we possibly can.
We have partnered with SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company to obtain the “Safe Tourism” certification last summer from the ICTE (Spanish Tourist Quality Institute) making our Hotel & Venue one of the island’s safest.
All the measures we have follow the rules set out but the Spanish public health authority and will be updated as guidance changes across the summer.
Right now you are required to wear a mask when moving around inside the property, passing through corridors, reception and any other indoor public areas. You do not need to wear a mask when outside or sat at a table, day bed or sofa during a Poolside Session.
Please ensure you bring a mask with you we will have some additional ones at Reception should you need one. Our team can answer any questions on arrival, or if you would like to in advance send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes you will be asked to keep your distance from other groups at all times. Maximum capacities have been placed on certain areas like the pool to help with this.
Yes both of our pools in the Hotel will be open although there may be some restrictions on capacity at times to help with social distancing.
Yes all our Hotel bars will be open but will be operating tables, bed & sofa service only. Like all measures we’re hopeful this will be lifted as we get closer to the summer.
We ask that you only move around the venue if essential, keep standing to a minimum and consume any food and drink ordered within your allocated table, sofa or day bed space.
We have partnered up with Emergency Health the island’s leading test provider to offer all our guests easy access to fit to fly tests as required.
At reception there is a QR code on our check-in desk which you can scan and book a time slot for either an Antigen (€40) or PCR (€110) test. The test is carried out at the Hotel’s dedicated facility with the results given to you within 15 minutes.
If at any point during your stay you test positive for COVID there are strict government guidelines in place. You will be required to isolate for a minimum of 10 days from your positive test result and will be transferred to one of the island’s designated free quarantine hotels.
Before your transfer our team will support you as much as we can. You will need to remain in your Ibiza Rocks Hotel room until either your check out date or the date you are moved to the quarantine hotel (which ever is earlier). We charge €60 per room per night for each night after your original check out date.
