Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be dispatched for delivery from our warehouse in Ibiza, Spain. All orders incur a €7 charge for postage and packaging per order. We will deliver world wide but delivery times can vary. Internationally orders can take approx two weeks to arrive. If you have not received your item within 21 days of your order being placed please contact us quoting your order reference number.
Returns & Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. We will exchange or refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of the original invoice from your online purchase.
Merchandise purchased in one of our stores must be returned to a store in person. Our distribution centre cannot process any store returns.

Quality of Your Merchandise
On-line Purchase
If you believe that your merchandise is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description on our website contact us or call us 0034 7180 3811.
Store Purchase
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, please return it to your closest store with your receipt within 14 days for a exchange or credit note. Please note we do not provide refunds in any of our stores unless goods are faulty.
Return / Exchange Time Frame
Upon receipt of your return here in Ibiza, please allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your payment card statement.
Ordering & Viewing Orders
You can Log In and view your order process at any time by entering your username and password you signed up with during the check out process. The Log In button is found in the footer navigation of our online store.
Payment and Pricing
Ibiza Rocks Shop CB is a Spanish based company. All products and purchasing information is clearly marked in (€) Euros. All orders will be processed in Euros and your bank will either debit the equivalent price in Euros or debit the amount in your local currency. For confirmation on exchange rate charges and currency rates please contact your banking facility.
