Full Time Hotel Chef
The Ibiza Rocks catering team are currently looking for enthusiastic team members to join our catering department.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving food to the hotel guests from the open plan hotel grill/kitchen.
- Maintaining the kitchen throughout, before and after service hours.
- Maintaining the hygiene of the kitchen at all times.
- Serving food from the outside BBQ on gigs night.
- Keeping on top of food stock levels.
The main requirements for this job are:
- Previous kitchen experience is required at any level.
- Must be available to work from the end of May 2012 to the end of September 2012.
- Must have basic Hygiene level knowledge.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
