Making a Booking

How do I book the Ibiza Rocks?
All availability, prices and room options can be viewed by entering your chosen dates into the ‘HOTEL SEARCH’ on the Ibiza Rocks home page. Select the number of rooms you require before continuing to enter your details and add any extras (airport transfers, etc). You will be directed to the checkout pages to pay for your reservation using a credit or debit card (please note; we do not accept Amex/ American Express). Once you have completed the payment an email will be sent to you to confirm your booking has been made.

How do I get a quote without booking?
Enter your chosen dates into the ‘HOTEL SEARCH’ facility on the Ibiza Rocks home page and select the room types and the total number of people you require. You can then view the total price without entering your personal information.

Are gig tickets included in the room price?
Yes if you are staying over a gig night (every Friday from 5rd June to 18th September 2015 and every Wednesday from 17th June). Tickets to all events are included in the cost of your room if you book directly through us, you will recieve a copy of the reservation by email attached to your boooking confirmation, this can be exchanged on the day of the gig with the host team. If you check out on the day of a gig day you will need to purchase a gig ticket from the box office. 
Please check if you have booked with an alternative agent whether your tickets are inclusive.

Can I pay a deposit?
A deposit of 25% (of the total price) is needed to secure your room. This can be done on the final booking page. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full 8 weeks before departure. This can be done via ‘MANAGE MY BOOKING’ section on the website which can be found under the 'Hotel' link at the top of the home page.
Please note that if you are making a booking within 8 weeks before departure, the full balance will need to be paid. 

Can I pay in Sterling (GBP)?
We price in Euros as we are a Spanish company. The GBP amount is an estimate based on an average exchange rate. To pay in GBP you will need to select this option on the final stage of the booking process or call the sales team. You will be advised of the exact exchange rate at this time. 

I am having difficulty making a payment for my booking, what should I do?
If you are having trouble making a payment for your reservation in any way please call our sales team on +44 (0)207 952 2919.

What happens if I don’t pay my balance on time?
You will be sent an email reminding you that you have an outstanding balance to pay a few days before it is due. If you are having any issue making the payment by the set deadline (8 weeks before departure) you should call our sales team on +44 (0)207 952 2919. If the balance remains unpaid and we have no update on your situation, you will be charged a late fee or be subject to cancellation.

How do I pay for any extras I add on?
If you add any transfers, VIP upgrades or boat party tickets after your initial booking the cost will be added to your balance. If you have paid in full, or are travelling within 8 weeks you will need to pay at the time of adding your extras, this can be done via 'Manage my booking' or by calling the sales team. 

Changing your Booking

How do I change a name on my booking?
Go to the ‘MANAGE MY BOOKING’. Enter your E-mail address and booking reference to log in. Edit your booking from here and press view documents to print new vouchers.  Please note if you need to change the lead name on your booking you will need to call our sales team on +44 (0)207 952 2919 at least 48 hours prior to check in.

How do I add another person onto my booking?
Please call our customer services number on +44 (0)207 952 2919. There will be an additional cost and a 30€ amendment fee to be charged.
Please note that we cannot add people past the stated room capacity.

How do I cancel my booking?
All cancellations must be put in writing using the email address used at the time of booking and sent to Any refunds on cancelled bookings will be subject to our cancellation policy listed in our Terms and Conditions

General Hotel Enquiries

Who will be performing whilst I am staying at the hotel?
The line-up for Ibiza Rocks 2015 will be released towards the end of this year / beginning of next year. Please keep checking the website, Facebook and Twitter pages for the official updates.

What else is going on in the Hotel whilst I’m there?
Ibiza Rocks have unrivalled entertainment programs throughout the summer, including our famous `Rock the Boat´ boat parties and daily pool parties. Further information on the events taking place during your stay will be sent to you via email before you arrive in resort and tickets will be available from the Rocks Host Team in resort.

How old do you have to be to stay in the hotel?
The minimum age requirement is 17 years old, however if you are 17 at the time of your stay you must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over and have a completed consent form filled in by your legal parent/guardian and emailed to Consent forms can be downloaded on our Terms & Conditions page of the website. 

What is the Ibiza Rocks Hostal?
The Ibiza Rocks Hostal provides a budget alternative to experience all that the main Rocks' Hotels have to offer. The Hostal that we use are not part of the main hotel complex but are by no means your traditional ‘hostal’ accommodation. Based within 350m of the main hotel each individual Hostal room sleeps up to 3 people. Check in takes place over at the main Hotel reception where you will be given a wristband that identifies you as a Hostal guest and permits you full daytime and evening access up to 11pm to all the main Hotel’s pools, facilities and all gigs and extra activities.

What are the Ibiza Rocks Apartments?
The Ibiza Rocks Apartments are another budget accomodation alternative to staying at the main events hotel. Formerly the Confort Plaza these 3 star apartments are located just a short 300m walk from the main Ibiza Rocks Hotel which means you can also access the Hotel during the day and dip in and out for the pool parties and entertainment on offer up to 11pm.  You will be given a wristband when you check in which will give you full access to gigs and events that happen over at the Main Events Hotel. 

What are the check in/ check out times?
Reception is open 24 hours a day, Check In for Ibiza Rocks Hotel, Apartments and Hostal is from 4pm the date your booking starts. Check Out is 11am. 
*Please note, if your flight arrives after midnight, please make sure you have booked for the previous night so you can Check In straight away.

Is there somewhere that we can leave our bags outside of check-in times?
Yes, we have a luggage room in all accommodation. Please ask the host team or reception for the location of the room. There are also showers and changing facilities available for your use. We recommend all guests use a lock on their bags for their own security. The hotel cannot accept any responsibility for lost or stolen items left in the luggage room.

What do I need to bring with me to check in?
Your accommodation voucher will need to be provided at time of check-in, this would have been sent to you with your final booking confirmation. A breakage deposit of 60€ per room is payable upon check in (cash only.) This deposit is refundable on check out subject to no damage to your room or its contents. 

I haven’t received/I have lost my accommodation voucher does this matter?
If you haven’t received or have lost your accommodation, ticket or transfer voucher call our sales team on +44 (0)207 9522919 to request a copy of your documentation or log in to 'MANAGE MY BOOKING'.

Where can I buy Ibiza Rocks clothing from?

How much are drinks at the Hotel?
Prices vary but from approximately 3-4€ for a beer and from 5€ for a mixer on non event days. Event days are subject to change. There is a supermarket on site selling a variety of drinks, snacks and toiletries. Please note only drinks purchased at the hotel bars can be taken poolside or to events.

When do the Hotels open and close?
Ibiza Rocks Hotel opens on the 14th May, 2015 and closes on 7th October 2015.

Where are the Ibiza Rocks Bars?
The Ibiza Rocks Bars are located on San Antonio front, towards the bay and Playa d’en Bossa. Please speak to one of our Host team for directions and more information.

Can I book flights through you?
Unfortunately we are accommodation only but we recommend that you use flight comparison to find the best available deals. We can provide return airport transfers as an additional extra to your booking. You will need to provide your flight details at the time of booking, or email to after you book and we can add them to your booking for you.

Can we have bed and breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is served at Ibiza Rocks Hotel, it offers a continental buffet consisting of cereals, pastries, tea, coffee and jucies served between 9am-12pm. 

Are the rooms air conditioned?
Superior Studios feature air conditioning free of charge. Please ask for the remote on check in. With all other room types you may rent the air- conditioning at reception, local charges apply. 

Will I have a safety deposit box in my room?
Yes, all rooms will have safety deposit boxes provided. The use of these is payable in resort when you check in, the charge is 3.50€ per night along with a 3€ deposit for the safe key. 

Are towels and hair dryers supplied in the rooms?
All rooms will have bath towels provided however these cannot be removed from the room. We advise to bring beach/pool towels with you. Hair dryers will not be provided in the room but are available to rent from reception subject to availability and a local charge. 

How often will my room be cleaned?
Rooms are cleaned 5 days a week (not on Wednesdays or Sundays, or the day after arrival or day of check out) If cleaners are unable to access your room during the day to clean your room should your room be occupied, please advise reception and housekeeping will visit your room as soon as possible. Towels and bed linen are changed weekly.  PLEASE NOTE: our cleaners are not allowed to move your belongings and will only clean your room if they are able to access the surfaces, therefore if you wish your room to be cleaned please leave all areas tidy.

What should I do if I have any problems/complaints in resort?
If the unfortunate does happen and you have any problems or complaints whilst you are in resort then please report this to a member of the Ibiza Rocks Host Team. The Host teams can be found in Hotel receptions during the day. They will be able to fill out an official Holiday Report form in resort for you, which you must obtain before you leave, as well as do theyre best to help resolve any issues there and then. 

Airport Transfers

How do I add airport transfers to my booking?
Airport transfers can be added to your booking up to 72 hours before you travel. These are return shuttle transfers costing €21 return or a private taxi/minibus may also be booked on request. To add these, please call our Sales team on +44 (0)207 952 2919. Please have your hotel booking reference number and full flight details to hand.
Please note that these transfers are for guests who have booked through the official website only.

How do I add my flight details to my booking?
If you have not included your flight details when making the booking for your airport transfers then you can add these via "manage my booking"  anytime up until 72 hours before you are due to arrive. You can also call our sales team on +44 (0)207 952 2919.  If we do not have your flight details within 72 hours of your arrivals then your transfers will be CANCELLED at full charge and the service will NOT be provided.

Does the airport transfer include a return journey?
Yes, the price for Airport transfers includes a return journey. Please provide your flight numbers, arrival and departure times when booking, alternatively you can email them to and we can add them to your booking for you.

When I arrive how do I find my airport transfer?
Please make sure that you have read through and printed your transfer vouchers before you go. All information on how to collect your airport transfers will be printed on your transfer voucher, which you will need to present to Viajes Urbis desk found to the right out of the baggae reclaim hall in the arrivals terminal. 

How do I know what time I will get picked up for my return transfer?
All information regarding your return transfers will also be on your transfer voucher. You will need to speak with reception, visit the Viajes Urbis website or call on the number listed to confirm your return transfer and they will let you know your pick up time. 

Where will the transfer drop me off and pick me up from?
Due to restrictions on the roads around the hotel all transfers will drop you off at MEETING POINT 5 which is located opposite Apts Jovial, a few minutes walk from the Hotel, Apartments and Hostal. You will also be collected from here. 

Event Enquiries

What days are the gigs?
Every Friday from 3rd June 2015 to 18th September 2015 and every Wednesday starting 17th June.

Where do the gigs take place?
The gigs take place within the Hotel grounds between 7pm-12am

Can all my friends watch the gig from my room balcony?
During the live events only the guests booked into the room will be allowed to watch the event from the balcony.  Any additional guests on the balcony will be removed by security

How do I get tickets if I’m not staying at the Hotel?
You can buy tickets in advance online from our website

My gig tickets haven’t arrived/I haven’t received my confirmation? 
If you have booked gig tickets through our website and have no received them please get in contact with our Customer Services directly at

The online ticketing form says ‘Contact Venue’ who should I contact?
If the online ticketing form says ‘Contact Venue’ it means that the online ticketing has closed. Tickets may still be available from any of our ticket outlets listed on our website, at the Ibiza Rocks/Mallorca Rocks Shops or on the door at the actual event. It is advised you buy your tickets in advance to avoid any disappointment

I want to request VIP tickets is this possible?
Standing VIP tickets for all of our gigs can be purchased via the individual event pages of our website.  To book a VIP table at one of our gigs please send a request to (subject to availability).
